Meal Plan #3
It is our first week back to school! Nikola is starting pre-k and Eva is in 1st grade.. I cannot believe it TBH..
My babies are growing up so fast and I might just cry as im writing this 😩
Anyway, since we are back home, the one thing I had to get to was writing out my meal plan..
And friends, this meal plan is super easy.. Not much goes into it, I am just craving veggies in my life..
Grilled Steak with veggies- BBQ-ing is Justin's specialty. He marinates the meat, and cooks it to perfection. For veggies we will be grilling corn on the cob.
Taco Tuesday- Leftover steak, with tons of toppings.
Shrimp and Veggie Stir fry- Toss unthawed shrimp with EVOO, cabbage red and green, cauliflower, add salt and pepper, place everything on baking sheet and bake on 425 degrees until tender.
Sweet Potato Bowls- Air fry chunks of sweet potato, add roasted veggies, avo, salsa, and or meat.
Always my favorite day, we eat whatever is left over in the fridge!
Alright friends, I am off to wake up Nikola from a nap..
We are struggling majorly with jet lag over here! 😴
