I am writing about my meal plan today, yesterday I was a sick and tired mess on the couch 😓
This week's meal plan is super easy and the kids love it!
Costco rotisserie chicken, with cooked white rice, and roasted corn..
Since we have leftovers we will be doing Ground Turkey Rice bowls.
We just layer cooked white rice, ground turkey meat, cheese, lettuce, salsa, and jalapeños.
Pizza.. Friends are coming over so we decided pizza and salad would be perfect

Potato and veggies skillet
Air fry potatoes, cook veggies in a skillet, combine everything. Add liquid aminos (we use Braggs), add hot sauce (we use Aardvark), top off with micro greens and voilá!
We are doing grilled steak, chicken, corn, and salad with homemade bread and kajmak (from Zlatibor).
