Meal Plan #5
Its the last week of September but it still feels like summer is in full swing because it is soooo HOT.
I am so looking forward to incorporating soups, chilis and stews into my meal plan but Justin is not eating anything like that until cooler weather. 😒
Grab your pen and paper and get ready for a super easy meal plan!
Monday: Roasted shrimp and air fryer potatoes
Season shrimp with salt and pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes, drizzle with EVOO pop into a skillet and cook until done. Season potatoes with EVOO, pop into air fryer, and cook until golden brown. Top with liquid aminos, chili peppers, and avocado.
Tuesday: Baked Salmon Sushi Bowl - MUST TRY
Wednesday: Pizza Night 🍕
Friends are coming over so we will order pizza!
Thursday: Sheet Pan Shrimp Broil
Friday: Beef Stir Fry
Saturday: Easy Salad with Falafel
Chop up romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, add carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, drizzle ranch dressing over the salad. Top off with Trader Joe's frozen falafels - we usually air fry them.
Sundays: Leftovers- best day to finish off whatever is left over in the fridge!
