Meal Plan #6
AH! Its already October 3rd!
Time is flying by and here I am ready to meal plan for the week with you andddd I am trying brand NEW recipes that I found with @Plantyou!
But I think I am going to do things differently on my blog with this meal plan and see how it goes and here is why...
I am not perfect and I love trying different things out to see what works best!
Lets get to meal planning!
Cook white rice according to instructions.
Sauté vegetables of your choice over a 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, I like my veggies not too soggy so I do about 5-7minutes of sautéing over medium heat.
What I usually do is broccoli, cauliflower, yellow bell pepper, cremini mushrooms and kale.
Now it is time to layer, in a bowl first add white rice, top with veggies, shredded cheddar cheese, add liquid aminos, avocado,
Yum Sauce, and hot sauce.

General Tso's Tofu with Rice
