Meal Plan Monday
I am OBSESSED with planning my meals. It is something that I think in my experience, this sets me up for success within my own family and life.
I do this because I noticed that I used to scramble to make dinners that were healthy or we would just opt out for frozen pizza from Costco.
When I meal plan, I usually do it on Sunday night. I sit down with a glass of wine, and start writing out recipes that we love or that I want to try. I also like to get input from my family about what they want to eat and make sure to incorporate their ideas as well..
Monday: Zuppa Toscana
Tuesday: Rice Bowls
Wednesday: Shrimp and Roasted Cauliflower
Thursday: Ground Turkey Tacos
Friday: Sloppy Joe Spuds
Saturday: Salmon Bowl
Sunday: Spaghetti Bolognese
