Merry Christmas Eve- Eve, is a line that Pheobe from F.R.I.E.N.D.S says. So I thought it would be the perfect opening.

As Christmas approaches, I have to admit I am both overwhelmed and excited all at the same time. As a mom I do try and get shopping done earlier but as am I wrapping presents it always seems like I am forgetting about that one person.

Its finally not raining today in Portland so the kids and I decided to go on a walk and grab some hot chocolate for them and of course dirty chai tea latte with a pump of vanilla.

I figured I would use this time while the kids are napping to start writing my first ever blog. In my blog I will be writing what I am most passionate about it, which is cooking, working out, traveling, reading books and living my day to day life with my husband Justin and two kids Eva who is 5, and Nikola who is 3.
