Weekly Recap
We started off the week with Nikola's last week of basketball and Eva's tennis camp!

Both of them had so much fun, and I love when they have some sort of structure in the summer, totally makes my life easier! As a family we thrive on a routine at least in my eyes. I am constantly trying to get our week organized, but being organized and planning doesn't necessarily happen all the time, we do adjust accordingly though!
With that being said I did NOT meal plan for this past week. I totally felt thrown off with having to chauffeur kids around to different sports I figured we would eat what ever was the easiest but still healthy.

Pre made salad with heated up falafels from Trader Joes.

Anddd the kids favorite "Luca" Pasta, with pesto sautéed veggies, and linguine noodles. This was a meal that Eva wanted to make with my supervision, needless to say she nailed it! Here is the recipe: https://www.lazycatkitchen.com/vegan-pesto-pasta-kale/

Lastly, our 3 mile Bubble Run happened!
It was so much fun to be able to do a race that we can do with our kids! Along with everybody we started off with a run, which then turned into a walk, which then turned into a, "We are soo close to finish line, please keep walking!"
In the end, I carried Nikola back to the car. Overall, it was a great time!

Alright friends, I am off to make breakfast and do laundry!
