Today, I'm super excited to share my ultimate fitness combo that keeps me energized, motivated, and feeling my best every single day. If you're looking for a way to spice up your fitness routine, this post is for you! 💪✨

Ruck It Up! 🎒

Let's kick things off with rucking. If you haven't heard of rucking, it's essentially walking with a weighted backpack. I have been listening to many podcasts on rucking and thought I would invest in one!

I know, it sounds intense, but trust me, it's a game-changer! Not only does it build strength and endurance, but it's also a great way to enjoy the outdoors. I love starting my day with a brisk ruck around my neighborhood usually 3 to 5 miles. The fresh air, the morning sun, and the added challenge of the weight make for an unbeatable combo.

This weighted vest from Amazon is amazing. It is slim fitting, adjustable and super comfy. It comes in several different weight options, I bought the 12 pound one.

Nike Training Club Workouts 🏋️‍♀️

Next up, let's talk about the Nike Training Club workouts. These programs are my secret weapon for staying fit and having fun. The app offers a variety of workouts, from strength training to yoga, and everything in between. My personal favorite? The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. They’re short, sweet, and so effective.

Plus, the trainers are super motivating and keep the energy high. The program that I am working on currently is the Ignite and Inspire with Kirsty Godso who happens to be one of my favorite trainers.

And of course, I can't forget my daily runs. Running is my moving meditation. It's my time to clear my head, set my intentions for the day, and just enjoy the rhythm of my feet hitting the pavement. Whether it's a quick 5k or a long, leisurely run, it always leaves me feeling invigorated and ready to tackle whatever comes my way. Also, my favorite Nike Runners.
